We are pleased to invite you back to the well being area at this year's Tonnau festival!
This year we have people offering morning meditation, circus skills, Qi Gong, yoga, poetry and music, forest bathing, a singing workshop and Kirtan (devotional music). We hope to provide spaces to relax and build resilience, nourishment for the mind and body, and meet inspirational people who are committed to establishing strong communities. Therapists are also available offering Reiki, craniosacral therapy and massage. In the evenings we will have bed time stories and later an open mic for performers. Donations for events are welcome. We are situated by the forest entrance at the top of the fire field, if you're interested please fell free to drop in and say hi :)
